Olive Tree – Olea Europaea Koroneiki

Koroneiki olive trees are most widely grown throughout Greece. They have an open canopy and medium vigour which are ideal for dense planting. Koroneiki oil is generally very green in colour and high yielding. It’s pretty fruity with an emphasis on herbal-green fruitiness. The oil has a medium bitterness and pungency, and its shelf life is excellent.
