Helichrysum italicum is also known as the curry plant because when crushed their leaves smell like curry! This little shrub has beautiful slender silver foliage and is super hardy preferring full sun and not much water. In summer this little guy produces clusters of small yellow flowers which sit nicely against the silver foliage.
