Bougainvillea Little Guy is a true dwarf Bougainvillea. It reaches a maximum height of one metre. It is an ideal plant for hedging or container culture. New growth is bronze to red in colour and bracts are a magenta purple. Other true dwarf Bougainvillea include Temple Fire, Solar Flare PBR and Tom Thumb.  A self-branching bushy type, it is the perfect Bougainvillea for hedging. They will survive on low water levels and are relatively disease-free.Â
Bougainvillea are long flowering and can be adapted for a wide variety of landscaping uses. Some of these uses include topiary, hedging, hanging baskets, arbours and arches. Bougainvillea prefer a well drained soil and sunny position. The range of colours offers limitless combinations and a palette to choose from that would satisfy any landscape design. Â

Please note: At this small size, Bougainvillea have delicate roots and should be handled with care. Don’t tease or disturb roots but rather water the pot well, gently invert and tap pot on the side of a hard surface so it slides out. Our recommendation is to plant our beautifully-grown Bougainvillea into a larger pot rather than directly into the ground
